In a bit of office management frenzy, I re-wrote my business goals for the year. One of them was to update my blog on a more frequent basis. At least more often than once every 6 months. It is surely NOT because I haven't been cooking! With the kids scedules and my business booming, Wildtree is even more important to keep me feeding my family healthy, and keeping me out of the drive through line.
I am getting ready to hop of a work ocnference call, but I wanted to share what was for dinner tonight. One of my favorite things to do is to take recipes and make them "Wild". (translated that means substitue Wildtree products in order to make them healthier).
Tonights dinner was...
Chicken in Lime Butter, steamed green beans and broccoli pasta with alfredo sauce.
Chicken in Lime Butter
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Wildtree Chipolte Lime Rub
2 tablespoon Wildtree Lemon Grapeseed Oil
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon Wildtree Garlic Herb Blend
1. Rub chicken breasts with Wildtree Chipolte Lime Rub. In large skillet, cook the chicken in the Grapeseed Oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reaches 170 degrees. Remove and keep warm.
2. Add butter and lime juice to the skillet. Cook and stir until butter is melted. Stir in Garlic and Herb Blend. Drizzle over chicken.

Green Beans
Frozen green beans, tossed with Smokey Bacon Grapeseed Oil and steamed until tender. Sprinkled with Rancher Steak Rub.
Pasta:
Cooked pasta tossed with chopped steamed broccoli and mixed with Wildtree Alfredo Mix prepared as directred.
