Chicken and White Bean Chili



Ingredients:

2 tbsp of Wildtree Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1 large Onion, chopped
1/2 yellow sweet pepper, chopped
2 tbsp Wildtree Garlic Galore
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 tbsp flour
2 cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups of water
8 tsp of Wildtree Chicken Bullion
1 bunch of kale stems removed and leaves chopped 
1 can sweet corn drained

1. In large, heavy saucepan or dutch oven, heat oil and saute onion and pepper until soft.

2. Add Garlic galore and chicken and cook until chicken is heated through.  Add flour and stir well.

3. Add water, bullion and beans.   Bring to boil.  Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.  

4. Add kale and corn and cook for another 20 minutes until liquid is reduced and soup thickens.  

5. Serve hot with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired.
